Registered Manager\n\nNorthamptonshire\nSalary: Up to £65,000\n\nWe’re working on behalf of an established and growing care provider to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a residential service supporting adults with complex needs, including physical health requirements.\n\nThe RoleAs Registered Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered. You’ll lead and develop a stable team, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement across the home.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within adult social care\n\n * Background supporting individuals with complex and/or physical needs\n\n * Strong leadership and team development skills\n\n * Sound understanding of CQC regulations and compliance\n\n * Passion for delivering high standards of care and improving outcomes\n\nPlease note: This role does not require a nursing qualification.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience)\n\n * Supportive senior leadership team\n\n * Opportunity to shape and develop a service\n\n * Long-term progression within a growing organisation
