Lawyer - Procurement Disputes

Job Description

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in London or Bristol for a Lawyer to join their Procurement team.


The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading procurement disputes team within a large dispute resolution practice, working on complex, high-profile challenges for both claimant bidders and public authorities. The role involves advising clients across sectors including central government, financial services, technology, transport, healthcare, construction and defence, with a focus on contentious procurement matters.


The position also includes handling all stages of procurement challenges from pre-action through to High Court and appellate proceedings, working closely with non-contentious procurement specialists to deliver a full-service offering.


Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years’ PQE;
  • Strong procurement disputes law background;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Ability to work within a busy environment;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player;
  • Technically excellent.
