Your responsibilities will include:\n\nStrategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies that align with our business objectives.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented planners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure all parties are aligned.\nData Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to inform planning decisions and improve project outcomes.\nProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing planning processes and implement best practises across the organisation. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\nWe want someone who is not only skilled but also brings a positive energy to the team! The ideal candidate will have:\n\nProven experience as a Planning Manager or in a similar role within the aerospace industry.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\nA knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.\nProficiency in planning software and tools.
