The ideal candidate will have:\n\nProven experience as a Planning Manager or in a similar role within the aerospace industry.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.\nA knack for problem-solving and strategic thinking.\nProficiency in planning software and tools.
